The TSI is required for students who are taking Dual Credit classes through Ranger College or if they are planning on attending college after high school.
In order to know if your child is exempt from TSI testing for college after high school, you will need to check your child's future college admission requirements. Most four-year colleges will still require your child to take the TSI. So why not go ahead and take it here at the high school before their first semester of college starts?
Students are now required to complete a TSI Pre-Test before being able to take the official TSI test.
The steps on how to do this is on the Google Form for the TSI sign up sheet. Click here. I will be able to see if a student has completed the pre-test or not. If the student has signed up for the TSI and shows up for the test and has not completed the pre-test. They will have to complete it before they take the official TSI test. So it is best, if the student compelets the TSI pre-test before testing day.

If the above dates do not work for you, you can take your TSI test through Tarleton's testing center for a fee.
